Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

AI Control Center is a dashboard for connecting, monitoring, and managing multiple AI provider integrations, tracking usage and cost, managing team access, and related infrastructure-management features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• AI Control Center offers Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans, billed monthly.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your current plan's features until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We may change plan pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

AI Control Center allows you to connect your own accounts with third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Ollama, or custom providers). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, cost, or output of any third-party AI provider.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AI Control Center and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect through the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Control Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
