• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider) when you register.
• Organization & team data: organization name, team member roles, and permissions you configure within the app.
• Provider & usage data: AI provider configurations, API usage metrics, cost and performance data that you connect to or that our system generates on your behalf.
• Billing information: subscription plan, billing history, and payment metadata. Card details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Dodo Payments — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: log data, device/browser information, and general usage analytics needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve AI Control Center's features;
• To process subscriptions, invoices, and payments;
• To send important account, billing, or security notifications;
• To respond to support requests;
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate AI Control Center. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and backend infrastructure.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Netlify — application hosting.
• The AI providers you personally connect (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure, AWS Bedrock, Ollama) — data flows to these providers only as configured by you, under your own accounts and credentials.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including row-level security, encryption in transit, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

AI Control Center is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
